Question: “Can´t connect to server”. Error message: "The Public ShareFolder User is unknown!" "The Public ShareFolder Password ist wrong!".

Answer:

Possible solution:

The user name and/or the password, which you entered during the connection, does not agree with the user name and/or the password at the Public ShareFolder server.

The large, lower case is considered for both fields. Test please the user name at the server and enter the password again.

Test please the connection with a new user with the name

User: “1”
Password: “1”

We are sure, with this new user it will work.
