Question: Before I install the full version, do I have to install first the demo version?

Answer:

No. The demo version is the full version. The demo version becomes by insert of the license numbers the full version. The license numbers have to be insert on the server under: "Settings". You do not have to deinstall therefore the demo version. The input of the license key with a restart of the server is enough.
